Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Made-to-Order Items

All Penser Gagner products are produced specifically for each order.

For this reason, made-to-order items are excluded from returns, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• your order number

• a clear photo of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Made-to-order items (unless defective)

• Sale items

• Gift cards
